If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and Youngevity International will issue you a refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging (opened or non-opened). In-store credits will be applied to your account up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that food and perishable items including, GOFoods, Beyond Organic, Heritage Makers, and Healthy Chocolate products, are non-refundable.
Additionally, autoship orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Youngevity International does not refund shipping and handling fees.

Once product is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within two (2) business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied, for the credit to post to your account.
